How to filter participants by quota
To filter participants by quota:
- Go to the Participant Management section of your project builder.
- Click on Filters.
- Select your quota from the available filter options.

Filtering by quotas helps you identify gaps in your sample, focus on underrepresented groups, and approve the right participants at the right time.
How to guide approvals & prioritize underrepresented groups
As you’re monitoring your pipeline, it’s important to guide approvals and make sure you’re getting a good selection from underrepresented groups.
To do this, compare quota progress across groups. If one quota is full and another is lagging:
- Focus on reviewing and approving participants from the underfilled group.
- Approve participants who help you close that gap.
This is where quotas shift from passive tracking to active decision-making.
