What to expect during your first 60 days with Research Hub
In our experience, the teams who see the most success with Research Hub achieve specific implementation milestones within approximately the first 60 days.

In this course, we’ll primarily focus on customizing your panel and preparing yourself, your tools, and your team for building an audience and running user research within Research Hub.
Throughout this process, you’ll also have access to an Implementation Manager from the User Interviews team, who’ll offer support, resources, and regular check-ins to make sure you’re on track. Typically, you’ll meet with them every two weeks during the 6-week implementation period and have dedicated time to walk through configurations and team onboarding.
Potential blockers and hurdles to prepare for ahead of time
At the start of the implementation process, we like to proactively flag onboarding milestones that can sometimes cause delays due to team alignment and resourcing constraints, so you can start preparing for these ahead of time.

Milestones that may slow down the Hub onboarding process include:
- Security reviews for connecting integrations, setting up SSO, activating email domains, and importing customer data. You’ll probably need to rally internal stakeholders from your security, IT, and/or marketing teams to complete these items, so loop them in now.
- Team alignment on which customers to upload to Hub, custom data fields to include, preferences around invite rules, and training and enablement for other researchers on your team. To streamline this process, it’s important to start conversations with stakeholders about these items as soon as possible.
